TRINITY features a heat-activated structural memory effect. When exposed to temperatures above 50 °C / 122 °F, its flexible polymer matrix can help reduce the appearance of minor micro-marring and minor surface defects caused by regular washing, dust or towel contact.

This property is built into the coating structure and does not require special activators, IR lamps or a multilayer system.

Prepare the Paint Before Applying a Ceramic Coating.

A ceramic coating does not hide swirls, oxidation, holograms or existing paint defects. Before applying TRINITY, inspect the paint carefully under suitable lighting and determine whether polishing is required.

New or well-maintained paint may only need a thorough wash, chemical and mechanical decontamination, followed by a final panel wipe. Surfaces with visible swirls, haze or oxidation should be corrected using an appropriate polishing compound, machine polisher and pad combination before the coating is applied.

Complete all polishing stages before the final degreasing step. Remove polishing oils and residue with a dedicated panel cleaner or IPA-based solution so TRINITY can bond directly to a clean, dry surface.

How to Apply TRINITY Graphene Coating.

Prepare

Wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, decontaminate chemically and mechanically, correct the paint if needed, then degrease with a panel cleaner or IPA-based solution.

Control Conditions

Work in a covered, dry, well-ventilated area at 15–25 °C / 59–77 °F and 40–70% relative humidity. Avoid hot surfaces, direct sun, dust and strong airflow.

Apply

Shake well, prime the applicator with 8–10 drops and work in 50 × 50 cm / 20 × 20 in cross-hatch sections, adding product as needed.

Level

Wait approximately 60–120 seconds, depending on temperature and humidity. When the film changes from wet to a subtle satin appearance, level it with a clean, dry, short-pile microfiber and complete the final inspection with a second clean towel.

Layer

Apply one to three layers depending on the desired protection and effect. Leave at least one hour between each layer.

Cure

Keep the vehicle dry for 6–8 hours. Full curing takes approximately 5–7 days — do not wash or apply maintenance products during this period.
